Let the smoky grills alight! Sparks Street Business Improvement Area (SSBIA) is thrilled to announce the return of Ottawa Ribfest June 1-5, 2022. After two years, and extremely popular demand, the famous food fest is coming back to our pedestrian street.

This year’s festival will be deliciously available from Metcalfe to Lyon Streets with rib trucks spread out down the four blocks featuring a variety of vendors offering everything from ribs, chicken, pulled pork to corn, spiraled potatoes, sweet treats and some special guests!

A few less trucks on the street this year will ensure more space is available for our amazing restaurant patios. We welcome visitors to wander, line up, and enjoy their saucy snacks & meals.

SSBIA continues to encourage Ottawa Public Health guidelines and safety protocols as we work closely with them and other partners, including the City of Ottawa, Ottawa Festivals, Ottawa Tourism, and Ottawa Coalition of BIAs. Please note there will be increased handwash stations on-site.

Ottawa Ribfest will take place rain or shine!
